1 Cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt (Dont worry it's going to be great!)
1 Cup Milk
2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 Table Spoon Honey
I like to use frozen fruit in my smoothies. When the fruit is frozen it adds a nice texture and makes it nice and cold. Are we ready to get this show on the road? I thought so! Here is where you will need some adult help. Add each ingredient in the blender and blend away. Once the mixture becomes a smooth consistency you are ready to pour and enjoy!
