2 Cups of Kiwi (Fresh or Frozen, both will work well)
1/4 Cup Apple Juice
2 Table Spoons Honey
1/2 Lemon Juiced
A Few Popsicle Sticks
Small Freezer Safe Containers (Like plastic cups or a popsicle mould)
Blender (Adult Use Only)
Place fruit (Leave out a few slices for later), apple juice, honey and lemon juice in the blender and blend until smooth.
Prepare your cups/mould: Place a slice of fruit in each cup. Pour the blended mixture into each cup. (pour right over the fruit slices) then cover the cups with foil. Now comes the tricky part; you may want an adult to help you with this next step. Place your popsicle stick thru the foil in the center of the cup.
TaaDAAA! All done! Now they go in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
If your popsicles are getting stuck in the cup, try letting the bottom of the cup sit in warm water for a minute or two. This will loosen it up and the popsicle will slide right out.
